what is this all around us,

this is celia rhea labelle. she's a twenty-one year old girl from chicago, illinois. everyone calls her "cee cee" or just celia. she was born from a very poor family, a result of a rape between her mother and what is her ex-husband. her mother ended up leaving her at the hospital. cee cee never knew her biological parents. she was put into the system and was adopted at the age of four by an older couple who owned a big eventing barn out in the countryside of illinois. from then on, she learned how to ride horses and got "mindy" at the age of eighteen. she went to college close to home so she could train mindy and got a bachelor's degree in photography. she has done lots of equine photography her entire life and plans to make a career out of it. she excelled so much with the riding, and with college, that her adopted parents deciding to send her to iron horse equestrian, where she is now to embrace those riding skills....and get some great photography. she doesn't compete as much as she used to, but does do the occasional show.
personality wise, celia is very caring and kind. she's very funloving and outgoing. she's not afraid to get down and dirty and is very curious about anything and everything. she can be a little shy at first, but most of the time is not. don't make her mad, because she is very hot tempered.
i'm looking for anything from friends to enemies to possible relationships and beyond. I love plots, so post it up. xD

she has a bay thoroughbred x oldenburg cross mare named outside the mindset, also known as mindy. mindy is about 17.2hh and was a broken down, sent for slaughter horse before cee cee got her. mindy has a badger face. she is also around eight years old. she was trained to be a show jumper by cee cee. she is also being taught a little dressage.
