 War is not something strange to the world of New York now a days. In the new, New York (in the year 2050), it has become somewhat of a normality to see fighting. Demons and other supernatural creatures have come out of hiding just in the past 25 years. They have now taken control over the U.S.; New York has become their base of operations. Humans have become slaves to the demons, vampires, shape-shifters, mages, faeries, and other creatures.
The mortals keep hoping that someone will come save them, someone like the angels, the angels’ just watch from above, waiting for orders. The angels have yet to be given any sort of order to help the humans, God is absent from his usual place on the chess board of life, he is nowhere to be found it is rumored that he has abandoned the human race. And the angels can't act without the word of God behind them for any who act without orders are immediately cast down from heaven and become fallen. It is one of these fallen angels who will save the humans. He will bring the forsaken angels together and give the humans a ray of hope to look for.
But the demons will not go down without a fight. Danger waits, biding its time, as a demon king rises to lead the slave owners to hopefully win the war. The leader of the fallen angels will not back down though and gifts humans with something they can use to over throw their powerful rulers. The power to have familiars. With the help of the newly empowered humans the Fallen hope to win the battles that are to come with the demons. The only issue is that the humans have to be found one by one and given this gift.
Who will you choose to be? One of the rulers, the rebels, or just a bystander caught up in this war? Choose wisely because choosing the wrong side could very well send you to your death. |
